Last updated: 9 August 2026

Who we are

Deepskilling ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website www.deepskilling.com and related learning, training, and product experiences. For privacy questions, contact training@deepskilling.com.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
  • Account details — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and verification or reset tokens when you sign up or manage an account.
  • Enquiry and enrolment data — name, email, phone number, company, course interest, and message content submitted via contact, strategy-call, or enrolment forms.
  • Usage and device data — pages visited, URL and path, referrer, browser and OS, language, screen/viewport size, approximate timing, session identifiers, and IP address for security, operations, and analytics.
  • Marketing attribution — UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) when present on inbound links.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email or WhatsApp business channels when you choose to contact us that way.

How we use information

We use personal information to:
  • Provide and improve our website, courses, labs, and products
  • Create and secure user accounts, and send transactional emails
  • Respond to enquiries, schedule calls, and process enrolments
  • Measure site health and traffic (including pageview analytics)
  • Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local/session storage for essential functions (for example, sign-in session hints) and, when you accept, for analytics preference and measurement. You can accept or reject non-essential analytics via our cookie banner. Essential cookies required for security and core site operation may still be used.

Analytics

We may log page visits (URL, path, device/browser signals, referral, IP address, and related metadata) to understand how the site is used and to keep it reliable. Analytics events may be archived securely in our infrastructure. Consent status is recorded with events; you can reject analytics cookies via the banner.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, databases, email delivery, cloud storage, and messaging APIs), under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law. We do not share personal information for third-party advertising networks as a product offering.

Retention

We retain account, enquiry, and operational records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Analytics logs are retained for operational and forensic purposes for a period appropriate to those uses, then deleted or aggregated where practical.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email training@deepskilling.com. You may also update account details where available in your profile, and change cookie preferences by clearing site data and revisiting the cookie banner.

Children

Our services are directed to professionals and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International transfers

We may process and store information in India and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
